Department of Administrative, Legal and Financial Services
The Department of Administrative, Legal and Financial Services has the following functions:
- participates in the preparation or individually prepares statements on drafts for legislative acts sent for coordination, including on drafts for international agreements;
- submits statements on the lawfulness of contracts for public procurement by the Chairman of the Agency and on the lawfulness of drafts for individual administrative acts and makes proposals for resolving matters of legal character;
- carries the legal representation of the Agency in the courts of law;
- organizes and carries out the registry and archive activity in the way of receiving, processing, registering and submitting all correspondence to its destination, processes and sends the outgoing correspondence, maintains bookkeeping and maintains the document archives related to the activities of the Agency and the entry to the registers of the issued permissions, licences and individual licences;
- organizes the financial and accounting servicing, registering and accounting for material assets, supplies the Agency personnel with stationary and consumables, organizes the repairs and maintenance of the premises;
- prepares the draft budget of the Agency, controls the appropriate spending of the financial means and reports on the implementation of the Agency budget.
- ensures the transport servicing of the Agency personnel;
- ensures the housekeeping of real estate and movables rendered for use to the Agency and keeps the documentation related to them;
- carries out the activities related to the management of the human resources of the Agency;
- establishes the organization on the working environment safety and carries out the control on the compliance of the rules for ensuring the working environment safety;
- establishes the organization on the defense and mobilization preparedness;
- assists technically the activity of the Advisory councils within the Chairman of the Agency;
