The National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted the Act for Amendment and Supplement to the Act on Safe Use of Nuclear Energy

On the 30th April 2010 the 41st National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria unanimously adopted on first reading the Act for Amendments and Supplements to the Act on Safe Use of Nuclear Energy (ASUNE).
The Amendments and the Supplements proposed to the ASUNE achieve harmonization with the new EU legislation and the new or amended documents of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
