Event Title: Taking out of service of the diesel generator from the third channel of the safety systems

Event description:

On 02.07.2010, Unit 5 runs on 100 % power. According to the schedule at 11:10 is initiated a consistent blowout of the diesel generators’ over-piston spaces. During the blowout of the diesel generator from the third channel of the safety systems, a water leak from the cooling of the fuel injection jet of VIII cylinder is detected. The start-up systems of channel III diesel generator are put out of stand by position and an inspection of the fuel jet is initiated. In accordance with Unit 5 Technical specifications a successful automatic staggered start-up was performed at channels I and II of the safety systems. A commission for investigation of the causes and elimination of the failure is being appointed.
